I have been trained integratively so that there are so many different strategies and approaches that I can use that may be appropriate to you in both life coaching and counselling. Life coaching alone does not work as effectively as incorporating Hypnotherapy and NLP to bring about permanent change!
Sessions are tailored carefully to the person sitting in the chair, YOU.
Our aim will be to remove the barriers to change by helping you reframe fears and phobias, let go of self-limiting beliefs and develop your true potential to living a fulfilling life.
