Meet Beth
Level 5 accredited Hypnotherapist, Elite Coach, Hypnobirthing & NLP Practitioner
My journey into hypnotherapy is deeply personal. Life has gifted me many experiences—some joyful, others traumatic—that have shaped who I am and led me to this meaningful work to help others which is where I get great satisfaction. I bring not only professional training but also deep empathy, insight, and a heartfelt passion to help others heal and grow.
Growing up in a loving, secure family environment, I had a happy childhood until school-age bullying first impacted my self-esteem. In my early adulthood, I navigated a toxic relationship—contrasting life experiences that shook my inner confidence and left me questioning my worth. If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Am I enough?”, please know you’re not alone.

I have been blessed with an amazing family and wonderful friends where laughter plays a big part but at various points of my life I have questioned my purpose but one thing I have always been successful in and I feel comfortable with is the natural ability I have to connect with others at all levels and build strong rapports.
Due to this I have flourished in my careers which have always been very personable, with diverse experiences whilst supporting others e.g. I spent 10 years working for Thames Valley Police alongside the Major Crime Unit as the Identification Officer. Working closely with suspects but also witnesses and victims of crime which enabled me to gain experience providing a reassuring and safe place for all those involved in the most sensitive of circumstances.

Sadly in 2018 my dear sister Lisa was diagnosed with a terminal illness at the young age of 49 and she passed away within 5 months, my heartbroken family tried to pick up the broken pieces and rebuild our lives at which point my long-term relationship broke down and just 21 months later my selfless hero of a dad was also unexpectedly taken from us, once again myself and my family were devastated and I began to feel extremely disconnected from life. I had to process a huge amount of loss in such a short space of time which created an anxiety in me.
During this challenging period of my life I focused deeply on my own journey of self-reflection, personal growth and emotional wellbeing, I wanted to utilise my experiences in a positive way to support families at one of the hardest times of their lives, so I began working in the bereavement field of which I have been part of for the past 5 years helping many. I have also been privileged to be a ‘Mental Health Ambassador’ within this career, supporting my colleagues through various challenges both professionally and personally. This has always been very important to me as I have struggled with the mainstream methodologies and GP's prescribing powerful medications to treat mental health problems. For this reason, I developed my keen interest in helping others even further and went on to study Integrated Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Coaching which I am very passionate about as during my weakest moments I have channelled into these resources with positive effects.
I also specialise in 'Hypnobirthing' which successfully supports many expectant Mum's, Dad's and birthing partners to experience a calm, confident and empowering Birth.
In my spare time I find great pleasure spending time with my friends and my family. I am blessed with my nieces and nephews whom I have wonderful relationships with. I love going to yoga, running and I practice mindfulness to keep myself balanced and healthy. I also love getting outdoors into nature when I can, many years I’ve spent on lovely adventures walking my doggie Nala, whom I sadly had to say goodbye to after 14 years of companionship. She was my world!
We’ve since introduced to the family her little brother Hugo, he’s an adorable little puppy keeping us very busy........and destroying the house!!
You will often find me reading or studying further to expand my knowledge in the therapy fields that I practice or listening to podcasts and music.

Now I would love to know more about you.....
