​​I offer weekly sessions as a qualified and experienced hypnotherapist to enhance your overall experience throughout labour and delivery.
I generally recommended to begin between 20 and 30 weeks. Starting earlier allows more time to practice the techniques and build confidence, while even those later in their pregnancy can still benefit.
​
Sessions can be tailored dependent on group sessions or private requests.
Please kindly reach out to me to discuss availability and your preference.
​Group sessions usually take place over one weekend Sat/Sun.
Private sessions are usually held as 5 x weekly sessions.
