I am not just a hypnobirthing practitioner — I am a Birth Mindset Specialist.

While hypnobirthing forms the foundation of my work, what truly sets me apart is my background in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), clinical hypnotherapy and transformational coaching.

This means I don’t just teach techniques.

I help you transform the way you think and feel about birth.

Many hypnobirthing programmes follow a structured script.

My work goes far beyond that. because of my therapeutic training, I can:

  • Adapt 1-1 sessions to support your emotional needs

  • Support previous birth trauma or medical anxiety

  • Work through fear of pain or loss of control

  • Help birth partners manage their own worries

  • Offer additional hypnotherapy support where needed

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, and your birth experience can be just as empowering.  Hypnobirthing teaches you to trust your body, manage pain, and for both you and your birthing partner to stay calm during labour - all with the proven techniques that promote relaxation and help you to reduce your fears.

Hypnobirthing helps your mind and body work together to create the best possible birth you can have,.  It is a combination of simple things, based on biology, physiology and neuroscience, which make a big difference to your pregnancy and birth. When it’s time for your baby to be born, your body will know exactly what to do for an efficient, comfortable and natural birth.

By using deep breathing, visualisation, and positive affirmations, I can support you to create a peaceful, confident birth experience for you and most importantly for your baby. 

Hypnobirthing is not only about reducing discomfort but also about cultivating a positive mindset incorporating NLP and Emotional Freedom Techniques, which can lead to a smoother, more enjoyable labour.

By integrating NLP, EFT, hypnosis, and coaching alongside hypnobirthing, I’m able to support you more deeply and personally—helping you release unhelpful patterns, strengthen confidence, and adapt techniques to your unique needs, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach based on hypnobirthing training alone.

But birth is not only physical — it is deeply emotional and psychological.

Through my unique integration of hypnobirthing, NLP,  EFT and hypnosis, we work gently with your subconscious mind to:

My Hypnobirthing course blends education, hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, and deep relaxation techniques to help you release fears around childbirth, making the experience calmer and more comfortable.  You and your partner will learn breathing and self-hypnosis techniques that work in any birth setting.   Our exercises strengthen confidence on both sides, empowering the partner to offer effective support while helping the birthing person feel truly supported, safe, and reassured.

Every birth is unique, and my course is designed to help you approach your experience in a way that feels right for you.

My approach is to help women release any pressure to conform to a specific idea of birth which can lead to disappointment if things don’t go as expected. 

My hope is for you to feel proud of yourself and your choices no matter how your birth unfolds.

The relaxation techniques used are specifically to help women bring kindness, compassion, and flexibility into their pregnancy and birth — which also benefits motherhood.

Whether you are a first time parent or have been through childbirth before my Hypnobirthing sessions are designed with one intention in mind, to provide you with the tools you need to approach pregnancy and birth with confidence and excitement.  

Regardless of your birthing plan there is no specific type of birth, this approach enables you to be flexible so you can make informed decisions even if things don't go as originally planned.  It's about equipping you with the skills to navigate your personal birthing journey with positivity, confidence and adaptability as you focus on what's most important....welcoming your beautiful baby into the world!

Let me support you not just in preparing for birth - but in becoming the confident, emotionally grounded woman who welcomes it.

I offer weekly sessions as a qualified and experienced hypnotherapist to enhance your overall experience throughout labour and delivery.

I generally recommended to begin between 20 and 30 weeks. Starting earlier allows more time to practice the techniques and build confidence, while even those later in their pregnancy can still benefit. 

Sessions can be tailored dependent on group sessions or private requests.

​Group sessions usually take place over one weekend Sat/Sun.

Private sessions are usually held as 5 x weekly sessions.
